Our practice areas include Construction, Employment, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Real Estate. The ideal candidate brings meaningful case management experience, advanced law and motion skills, and a track record of taking ownership of cases from inception through resolution. Strong writing abilities are essential, as we place a high value on clear, persuasive legal arguments. We also seek someone who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills and who can both lead and collaborate effectively.

Salaries for associate attorneys are based on years of experience. The salary range for the levels of experience referenced herein is $135,000 – $162,500. Wilke Fleury offers a generous benefits package for all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and a bonus for those who meet their minimum hourly billing requirement.
