Zealous advocacy tempered by good common sense and excellent communication skills—this is what every single client, whether big or small, may expect to receive from me. - David A. Frenznick
David Frenznick has been with Wilke Fleury since graduating from law school in 1986. He was a partner from 1992 through 2021. As of January 1, 2022, David became Of Counsel to the firm. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1986 from the University of California at Davis, where he was a member of the Davis Law Review.
David has extensive and broad experience in the areas of complex civil litigation, with particular emphasis on the representation of residential and commercial property owners in construction-related disputes and other real estate related matters. He represents homeowners, homeowner associations, developers and contractors in real estate cases, as well as complex commercial and residential construction defect claims involving multiple single-family residences, shopping centers, and commercial buildings. David has been retained as an expert witness in construction defect litigation.

The case ended during trial when the developer paid what is thought to be one of the largest settlements of its type in Sacramento County.
