About Stephen K. Marmaduke

Stephen K. Marmaduke serves as business counsel to a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. A primary focus is the representation of physicians, veterinarians, optometrists and other healthcare professionals in matters ranging from corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business transactions, regulatory issues and professional employment. In addition, Steve Marmaduke is a primary contact for Wilke Fleury clients on employment matters. Steve’s experience includes leadership at all levels. He served several terms as Managing Partner of Wilke Fleury and presently serves in that capacity. Steve’s community service includes leadership positions with numerous philanthropic organizations. He a former President of the Board at the Sacramento Children’s Home and currently serves on its board.
