About Trevor L. Stapleton

Trevor Stapleton joined Wilke Fleury as an Associate in September 2005 and became a partner in 2009. His transactional practice emphasizes assisting clients with transitions and transition planning. This includes planning and facilitating business and professional practice transactions, wealth transfer planning, and planning for the security and well-being of loved ones, in particular, children and adults with disabilities. He also helps families navigate the processes for settling affairs after death, providing guidance and counsel for simple settlement matters to representation and advocacy in formal probate proceedings and trust disputes. Consistent with his desire to assist those in need, Trevor also works extensively with nonprofit organizations assisting in all facets from initial planning, obtaining tax exemption status and ongoing operational advice and counsel. Finally, with his background in tax law, Trevor also represents clients in business and personal tax controversies before State and Federal agencies.
